Русский: Советский двойной фототранзистор 192ПП1. Это фотоприёмное устройство предназначено для преобразования импульсных оптических сигналов в диапазоне длин волн от 0,3 мкм до 1,1 мкм в электрические. Использовалась она, к примеру, в отечественном лазерном гироскопе КМ-11, нашедшим применение в авиационной и космической технике. По конструкции оно представляет собой кремниевую полупроводниковую микросхему. На одном кристалле размещаются два фотоприёмных канала, каждый из которых представляет собой соединенные по схеме Дарлингтона фототранзистор и усилительный транзистор. Фотоприёмное устройство почему-то записанное в микросхемы. Вероятно, по историческим традициям - продукцией зеленоградского "Ангстрема" традиционно считаются интегральные микросхемы.
