Description
中文：民国十九年（1930）五月十七日浙江鄞县地方法院民事判决正本，案由是嵊县朱姓一块老屋基坟山要种松树，沈姓一族不同意而引起的涉讼，最后是按照清朝时候的一些文书契约为证，不得在坟山上种松树这样一个判决。最后署名的其中一位推事（法官）陈选庠，是萧山临浦柏山陈人。陈选庠，谱名晋升，字允如，号达甫，萧山县学生，日本早稻田大学师范科毕业生，日本法政大学法律科得业士，浙江高等审判厅及广东高等审判厅推事。生于光绪十年（1884）甲申闰五月二十一日午时。陈选庠与著名银行家陈朵如是嫡堂兄弟，同时留学日本早稻田大学，陈朵如学的是商科经济、银行学科。
