Description
English: 1970 AMC AMX, a two-seat sports muscle car built by American Motors Corporation (AMC). This car has the "390 Go Package" featuring AMC's 390 cu in (6.4 L) 4-bbl V8 325 hp V8 with functional cold ram-air induction system, and the standard 4-speed transmission with standard short-throw Hurst shifter. This car is finished in "Big Bad Green" (paint code: 4A) with the optional "shadow mask" treatment: a satin black-painted hood and side window surrounds that is bordered from the body paint by silver striping. This car also has the optional Trendsetters, a functional side-mounted exhaust system. The interior is black with the high back bucket seats upholstered in the original wide-wale nylon corduroy. The standard styled steel wheels for 1970 AMXs were argent painted with trim ring. The picture was taken during the American Motors Owners Association (AMO) annual convention that was held in July 2015 near Cleveland, Ohio.
