It is the cover image of the Institute of Marxism-Leninism of the Central Committee of the CPSU's 1978 publication of Theories of Surplus Value, also known as Capital: Volume IV. The work was originally written in germany and unpublished by the Author, was then published by someone other than the author around 1905, and then rediscovered and translated in the Soviet Union in the mid 1950s. The photocopying of this version of the work was done by the Library on Marxism and has been published freely.
