Description
English: A 1986VE91T (also known as 1986ВЕ91Т) ARM Cortex-M3 based microcontroller designed by Russian company Milandr. 128KiB of flash memory, 32KiB of SRAM, hardware USB and 80Mhz core clock. Manufactured using 180nm technology with aluminum metalization. Die size 6.54x5.9mm. Close-up view of SRAM cells. Cell size is 9.14µm² which matches 180-250nm technology.
