Description
English: Private (Pte) Graeme Stevens of Holsworthy, NSW, rests after having been struck in the forehead by a bullet fragment while on patrol with the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment (1RAR), during Operation Silver City in the heart of War Zone D, South Vietnam. Pte Stevens was not wounded seriously, but is receiving first aid from a medic who is putting a padded bandage on his forehead.
