ต.แม่พูล อ.ลับแล จ.อุตรดิตถ์

วัดผักรากเดิมมีชื่อว่า วัดสุทธาราม แต่ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นวัดผักรากเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2391 เพราะมีผักรากเป็นเถาอยู่แถวนี้เยอะมาก วัดนี้มีวิหารกว้าง 12.00 เมตร ยาว 16.00 เมตร เป็นศิลปะแบบล้านนาที่มีจิตรกรรมฝาผนังสมัยรัตนโกสิทร์ตอนปลาย คือเขียนเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2466 ภาพที่เขียนมีทั้งพุทธประวัติ และทศชาติ มีมารผจญอยู่หลังประธาน มีพระธาตุเจดีย์อยู่ด้านหลังของอุโบสถ
