Description
English: As General David H. Petraeus answers questions from reporters, two Afghan men ignore the commotion behind them and continue on with voting at a polling station set up in Amani High School in Kabul. Petraeus, commander of NATO and International Security Assistance Force troops in Afghanistan, toured two voting sites Sept. 18.
