中文（臺灣）：陸軍澎湖防衛指揮部指揮官何安繼中將榮升國防部部長辦公室主任，28日下午陪同新任指揮官周皓瑜前往澎湖縣政府拜會縣長王乾發。王縣長代表全縣鄉親致贈何指揮官榮譽縣民證，表示由衷謝意與祝福，感謝何指揮官在澎湖服務1年半的付出與貢獻，並誠摯歡迎周指揮官抵澎履新。
