(Caution, complicated! (Solving Conflicts))

To solve the neverending conflicts in Wikipedia sustainably you need three things:

  1. Understanding - the sources of conflicts are often very individually and therefore come in many variants. How can we reduce the conflicts to a few relevant areas?
  2. a Plan - a fixed scheme of conflict is impossible in Wikipedia. But there are hotspots which we could use for solutions.
  3. Support - to solve conflicts we need real and sustainable interest of the community, a group of activists which work together long term in a team, a portal for communication and external services

Wer die endlosen Konlikte in Wikipedia nachhaltig lösen will, braucht 3 Dinge:

  1. Durchblick - Konfliktursachen sind oft individuell und daher sehr variantenreich. Auf welche wesentlichen Themenfelder können die Konflikte reduziert werden?
  2. Einen Plan - ein festes Konfliktlösungsschema ist in Wikipedia unmöglich. Es gibt aber Hotspots, an denen Konfliktlösungen festgemacht werden können
  3. Unterstützung - zur Konfliktlösung braucht es: (echtes und nachhaltiges) Interesse in der Community; eine Gruppe von Aktiven die ähnlich einer Redaktion langfristig zusammenarbeiten; ein Kommunikationsportal; externe Serviceleistungen.
