Description
Deutsch: Lanz HL12 genannt Bulldog; Baujahr 1924 (Bauzeit der Serie 1921-1927); 12 PS; Hubraum 6.200 ccm; Höchstgeschwindigkeit 6 km/h; Gewicht 2.000 kg; Einzylinder-Zweitakt-Glühkopfmotor, liegend; Länge 2,50m, Breite 1,37m; Höhe 1,95m; Radstand 1,39m.

Der Lanz HL12 war der Urvater aller deutschen Glühkopftraktoren. Die gedrungene, kräftige Gestalt, ähnlich einer Buldogge, führte zum Spitznamen Bulldog; unter dieser Bezeichnung wurde er weltberühmt.Als Bremse dienten Holzklötze, die an die Hinteräder gedrückt wurden. Die Vorderachse wurde über einen Drehschemel gelenkt. Ein Getriebe war nicht vorhanden, zum Rückwärtsfahren musste der Motor durch Drosseln und sekundengenaues Vollgas umgesteuert werden.
