Von 1905 bis 1995 Nutzung als Fabrikgebäude, zuletzt von der Galvano GmbH. 1997 Erneuerungskonzept auf Beschluss der Stadt. 1999 Abriss der Galvanofabrik und Baubeginn mit dem Ziel der kulturellen Nutzung des Hofes und als Freizeitgelände. 2000 Fertigstellung und Übergabe. Fliesenstraße kreative Werkstatt Dresden e.V.
