Description

Köpenhamns kommun och danska regeringen vill bygga en helt ny stadsdel på en ny ö, Lynetteholmen, mellan Nordhavn och Refshaleøen samt bygga en havnetunnel som en östlig ringled runt Köpenhamn. Den nya stadsdelen ska rymma 35 000 invånare och lika många arbetsplatser. Hela projektet med ny ö, havnetunnel och metrolinje beräknas kosta omkring 20 miljarder DKK, byggstart 2035 och klart 2070. Den nya ön kommer även fungera som skydd mot stormfloder och översvämningar.
