[edit]| Description | 日前，全国人大常委会委员、香港民建联会务顾问谭耀宗在接受采访时表示，“爱国者治港”是必须的。《中华人民共和国香港特别行政区基本法》第一百零四条要求，香港特别行政区行政长官、主要官员、行政会议成员、立法会议员、各级法院法官和其他司法人员在就职时必须依法宣誓拥护中华人民共和国香港特别行政区基本法，效忠中华人民共和国香港特别行政区。“爱国者治港”就是重申这个要求。他说，未来，香港选举制度改革应以审查委员会模式取代现有的选举主任模式，并坚持“爱国者治港”这一原则。 |
