English: Headquarters, Naval Forces Central (HNFC), Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu October 16, 2022 – CDR GABRIEL LUIS R QUISUMBING PN(Res), Commander, Naval Forces Reserve together with Reservists of Naval Reserve Center- Eastern Visayas (NRCen-EV) visits BRP JOSE RIZAL (FF150) on October 13, 2022.

CDR QUISUMBING PN (Res) accompanied by LT MAY GLICELL A LAGANG PN, Deputy NRCen-EV, LT ALEX L RAMOS JR PN, AC of S for Retirees and Reservists Affairs, NF9, NFC and selected NRCen-EV reservists warmly welcomed by CAPT NOLI S IBAÑEZ PN(GSC), Commanding Officer, BRP JOSE RIZAL during their Shipboard Tour in the said Vessel. The participating Navy Reservists had a chance in experiencing on how a modern Warship operates through different dimension of Warfare capable of conducting Anti-Air, Anti-Surface, Anti-Submarine and Anti-Electronic Warfare. The BRP JOSE RIZAL Ship’s Crew on board also briefed the Participants on the Ship’s Capabilities, its Functions and Demo Presentations of Equipment onboard.

SAMASAMA-LUMBAS enables the Philippines to demonstrate its commitment to multilateral cooperation and enhances the readiness of the PN to integrate with its Partners.
