PN’s New Breed of Naval Technicians and Marine Engineers Aboard

Description
English: Last 17 to 18 October 2022, BRP Antonio Luna (FF151) accommodated and conducted Lectures to the Fire Control Technician Basic Specialization Course (FCTBSC) Class 01-22, Missile Technician Basic Specialization Course (MTBSC) Class 01-22, Torpedo Technician Basic Specialization Course (TTBSC) Class 01-22, SONAR Technician Basic Specialization Course (STBSC) Class 01-22, and Basic Naval Systems Engineering-Marine Engineering Officer Course (BNSEMEOC) Class 01-22 students from the Naval Sea Systems Training Center (NSSTC) of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NSSC), as part of their On-the-Job Training aboard different PN Units Afloat.

Acknowledging the importance of training, this Unit maximized the opportunity provided by NSSTC, NSSC by sharing the knowledge of the Ship’s Crew attained from local and foreign trainings, as well as their experience in operating and maintaining such modern Systems.

Being future Technicians and Marine Engineers who will serve the PN, they are continuously provided the knowledge and experience to maintain the PN’s current and upcoming modern Systems and Equipment. Such activities contribute to attaining the Philippine Navy’s vision of becoming a modern and multi-capable Naval Force responsive to our maritime nation’s defense and development.
