In dem Ladenlokal war bis in die erste Hälfte der 1980er Jahre die Gartenbedarf- und Samenhandlung Moser. Über eine Verbindung zum Pflanzenhof Eller (vor Moser geschlossen)in der Jägerstr (ungefähr gegenüber der Parkplatzausfahrt) ist nichts bekannt.
