Deutsch: 2. Hälfte 18. Jh. (Wohnhaus); Wohnhaus mit rückwärtigem Pavillon auf Unterbau, Treppenanlage und parkartiger Gestaltung vor allem in Form eines ausgedehnten Wegesystems; historisierend überformter Bau aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, repräsentative Fassade mit betonter Mitte, Pavillon etwa zeitgleich, baugeschichtlich und künstlerisch bedeutend.
Klassizistische Villa, urspr. im Besitz der Familie Grahl, von 1895 bis 1942 im Besitz des Gärtnermeisters Arthur Gruhl, danach als Wohnhaus genutzt, nach 1945 auch mit einer katholischen Kapelle, daher Marienfigur am Haus.[1] Seit 1997 befindet sich hier ein Konvent des Templerordens. |
