日本語: 205系3100番台のM2 - M5・M8編成の石巻側先頭車に設置されている、2wayシート。乗務員室設置のスイッチ操作により、クロスシートとロングシートに転換可能の他、座席下のペダルを踏むことにより、座席を手動で任意の方向に転換できるようになっている。
