Summary[edit]

Description
English: View from Pointhouse Quay, outside the Riverside Museum, of the Govan-Partick Bridge. The bridge was built in Belgium, and arrived at Yorkhill Quay (adjacent to the museum car park) on 14 October 2023. The floating sheerleg crane Hebo-Lift 10 crane lifted the moving main span of the bridge into place on 17 October. To the right, work on the north pier and northern approach is to be ready in Summer 2024 for installation of the connecting fixed span linking the bridge to Pointhouse Quay.
