English: 2473–2477 18th Street, N.W., (right to left) in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Built as a single dwelling in 1902, the brick, Queen Anne residence was designed by architect Nicholas R. Grimm for developer Harry Wardman. The row house – now converted into three commercial units, but still listed under one owner – is designated as a contributing property to the Washington Heights Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. The store fronts pictured are Saki Asian Grille (left), CD/Game Exchange (center; closed), and Caliyogurt (right). |
