Description
English: Road entering the Kallil Bhagavati Temple, passing through a decorated gate with surrounding shops. The temple is located in the Methala village, to the south of the Asamannur (അശമന്നൂർ) Gram Panchayat, in Kunnathunad, Ernakulam District, State of Kerala, India. The local signs are written in the Malayalam script (and some English), but ritual Hindu sacred symbols use the same Om symbol as used in the Devanagari script in most areas of India. Clockwise Om symbols are standard in Hindu temples, counterclockwise are rare.
