Description 330-PSA-159-64 (USN 1103849-C): Seabee Technical Assistance Team (STAT). Past the noise and dust of STAT Teams’ modern construction equipment, a THAI woman carriers water as her ancestors have done for centuries. Seabee units in Thailand are building roads and bridges to provide a route to market for ox-drawn carts. Teams are currently deployed to Thailand, under aid sponsorship; Vietnam, under NAP and aid sponsorship; Chile, under NAP sponsorship; Upper Volta, under aid sponsorship; and Costa Rica, under aid sponsorship.
