These shops were part of a shopping development for Henry Moss, Draper and Mercer, partly on the site of the City Hotel (1847-9), on the corner of High Street with Guildhall Street, Lincoln. They are adjacent to the HSBC bank. The bank is 221 High Street and the shops are 3 and 5 Guildhall Street. The architect was Pearson Bellamy
