Русский: Микросхема 590КН4. 17 неделя 2018 года. Микросхемы 590КН4 представляют собой четырехканальный аналоговый ключ со схемой управления (однополюсное переключение, SPDT) и предназначены для коммутации цифровых и аналоговых сигналов в системах сбора и обработки информации, АЦП и ЦАП.

Каждая пара ключей имеет свою схему управления. Совместимы со схемами ТТЛ.

Изготовлены КМОП технологии и используются в радиоэлектронной аппаратуре специального назначения.
