English: A group Emotional Fitness Class, using "Shape of Emotion", with unemployed youth from Kliptown, Soweto in October 2018. Shape of Emotion is a mindfulness based tool that gently and easily releases stuck and difficult emotions that can lead to depression, stress, anxiety and physical illness.
