Summary[edit]

Description
English: The building located at 727 15th Street NW in Washington, D.C., includes a Beaux-Arts one-story building designed by Paul J. Pelz in 1908 that was incorporated into a an office building constructed in 1984. The original building housed the Playhouse Theater and is also known as the Swartzell, Rheem and Hensey Building. The original portion was added to the District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sites in 1964 and is a contributing property to the Fifteenth Street Financial Historic District.
