Description
English: Victorian villa at 75 Clarendon Road, Watford, built 1865. Dark red multi-stock brick, two storey building with a slate cross pitched roof and three chimney stacks. Located on the west side of Clarendon Road, close to the junction with Station Road. One of the original grand Victorian villas that originally lined Clarendon Road, and was one of the last survivors until its demolition in 2017. Was locally listed by Watford Borough Council, until the council gave permission for it to be demolished to make way for modern office blocks.
