中文：此張照片約攝於1958年（民國47年）雙十國慶期間，蔣宋美齡帶領婦聯會前來慰問在前線作戰中受傷的士兵，可以看到病人是臥床接受蔣宋美齡遞給的物品。 1958年（民國47年）開始的823砲戰，當時國軍北投醫院從金門前線接收大量的戰士傷患，因為汀洲路的三軍總醫院本院已經人滿為患，北投分院這邊也是一樣，就連走廊都無處容身，而因為太平間在醫院的最遠處邊陲地帶，也就是中心新村的範圍，就有小朋友很調皮，在醫院搬運大體的途中，偷偷的跟著看結果都被嚇得半死。 |
