Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_91410_untitled-8.jpg Notes: באתר נמצא מבנה כורכר בודד, שנותר כשריד אחרון מהמושבה יהוד, יישוב בת של פתח תקווה בשנות ה- 80' וה- 90' של המאה ה- 19. תושבי פתח תקווה הצעירה, סבלו קשות מהקדחת ולכן החליטו להעתיק את מקום מושבם למקום הנקי מהמחלה, ומשם לעבד את אדמותיהם בפתח תקווה. בשנת תרמ"ב (1882), רכשו 157 דונם מהכפר יהודיה, במרחק 45 דקות ברגל מאדמותיהם. המושבה נקראה יהוד, כשם העיר התנ"כית בנחלת שבט דן, שהכפר יהודיה ישב על מקומה.הבניין שוחזר לפי תוכנית האדריכל משה בן-חורין, וניצב כיום בלב חורשת אורנים. מתוך אתר inature.info
