Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Tropical Low 97L continued to gather organization throughout the day August 28. This system was first spotted from a tropical wave off the Africa coast on August 23. It moved past Cape Verde and continued west into the Middle Atlantic following the foot steps of Joyce and Isaac earlier that week. The future track of 97L was to move almost directly north and to remain out to sea. While it has had persistent convection wind shear will also hinder any further development for the time being.
