הערות: בניין זה, המוכר גם בכינוי "מיקי מאוס", בשל עמדות ההגנה המקבילות על גגו, הנראות כמו אוזניו של "מיקי מאוס", שימש כבית בטחון של היישוב. בו רוכזו מאגרי הנשק, ציוד קשר, ציוד רפואי ואף המפקדה. בתחילה המבנה עשה את עבודתו נאמנה, אך כנגד מקלעים קלים בלבד, שכן עם פרוץ מלחמת העצמאות, גילו שבתי בטחון אלה, לא נועדו לעמוד בפני מלחמה ואויב אשר בידיו טנקים, מטוסי קרב ותותחים.
