הערות: דרך שַלְמָה (סלמה או רחוב סלמה) היא דרך מרכזית בתל אביב-יפו, בעבר הייתה ראשיתה של הדרך ההיסטורית יפו-לוד וחיברה את יפו עם הכפר הערבי סָלָמֶה, ממזרח לעיר והייתה גבולה הדרומי של העיר תל אביב. דרך סלמה (או דרך שלמה) החלה במעגל תנועה בפינת שדרות ירושלים (יפו) שנקרא כיכר סלמה. הבניין הראשון שהוקם באותה כיכר (שדרות ירושלים 11 פינת סלמה 2) שימש חניון ותחנת יציאה עבור כרכרות רתומות לסוסים ממנה יצאו לרחבי הארץ. במלחמת העצמאות היו התקפות מהכפר סלמה שנבלמו על ידי כוחות ההגנה ותושבי הכפר נטשוהו.
