Description	Français : Titre : Annam, Vinh, 1930 – Presbytère Notice : Photo prise à l’occasion du sacre de Mgr Chabanon. (voir AP0007). Grand bâtiment de style colonial à un étage. Un prêtre se trouve dans l’entrée, portant un casque. L’église de Vinh fut construite en 1929 par le R.P. Delalex. Notule : RP. Joseph Delalex, missionnaire à Vinh Le Père Joseph Delalex, né en 1873 à Marin (Haute Savoie), fit ses études secondaires au collège d’Evian et entra comme laïc au Séminaire des Missions Etrangères en 1891. Ordonné prêtre en 1896, il rejoignit la Mission du Tonkin méridional où il exerça son ministère pendant plus de 20 ans, au milieu de multiples difficultés, famines et inondations. Après un séjour en France, il fut chargé du district de Vinh en 1922. C’est en 1929 qu’il construisit l’église et le presbytère dont nous avons les photos. En 1945, il fut chassé de son église par la guerre et mourut peu de temps après, le 19 juin 1945.” (Renseignements communiqués par le RP.
