Summary[edit]

Description

A common thrush found in rocky areas, ravines, gorges, cliffs adjoining forest areas. This one had a lucky escape after a Rhesus monkey jumped at it, but the bird managed to escape. The monkey searched for it, but the bird escaped to a higher ledge that the monkey couldn't see. It gingerly continued to rest on the ledge under thick canopy while we moved on.
