Description
English: The turn-off to VERNEUKPAN (the vast water pan where sensory disorientation takes place) is 10 km from Kenhardt in the Northen Cape, South Africa. On a post-Covid trip we went to see this desolate place. The horse, Roxy's owner told us about ancient farm gates en route. Verneukpan is about 10 or 20 kms from here...
