English: Close built buildings is common in old parts of most cities.Houses that were built without planning.Most cities in Africa have gone to town plannings but still most people live in areas close clustered areas because land was cheap unlike the new plots of lands that have gone through proper planning.
Kiswahili: Nyumba zilizojengwa Kwa kusogeleana ni Jambo la kawaida kwenye mini mingi.Zilijengwa kabla ya mipango mini kuanza na pengine Kwa kua baadhi ya hayo maeneo ni gharama kubwa hivyo watu kukimbilia kurundikana sehemu zenye viwanja vya bei rahisi.
