Remains of the abandoned Silver Ledge Mine in a river along the Million Dollar Highway near the towns of Silverton & Ouray

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Remains of the abandoned Silver Ledge Mine, between Silverton & Ouray, Colorado. The mine was once serviced by the Silverton Railway, and was a rather rich producing mine back in the day. This is a view of some metal stuff, presumably mine carts or ore buckets, and wood in the river below the headframe which survives to this day.
