Description CALHOUN, Ga., Oct. 16, 2016 – Brigadier General Joe Jarrard, Georgia’s Adjutant General, thanks members of the 1st Squadron, 108th Cavalry for their service during Hurricane Matthew and recognizes Guardsmen of Company D, 148th Brigade Support Battalion who had been commended by their chain of command for their actions.
