Summary[edit]

Description
English: Kataikuttu is a tradition theatre form from the state of Tamilnadu in India. A Kataikuttu troupe is comissioned by nearby villages to come and perform for them. The performance is done facing the temple of the local deity, in this case, Draupadi from the epic Mahabharata. The performance runs overnight, for 8 hours.
