| Description | Vom Linzer Kaiserberg hat man nicht nur einen wunderbaren Blick nach Norden, sondern natürlich auch nach Westen Richtung Eifel. Um 1930 zeigte sich die Ahrmündung links von Kripp ganz unbewaldet, die „Goldene Meile“ wird noch nicht zerschnitten von der heute vierspurigen B 9. Stattdessen führt bei Sinzig nur eine schmale Eisenbahnbrücke über die Ahr. Das „Heilbad Kripp“, wie es auf der Mauer am Rhein zu lesen steht, überragen der örtliche Wasserturm und die Schornsteine der Leder- und Ziegelfabriken. |
