English: Air-fried version of Jenn Jujikawa's "Terror Dogs", a Ghostbusters franchise-inspired hot dogs. It is named after the Ghostbusters film characters Zuul and Vinz Clorthos and based on the recipes from Ghostbusters: The Official Cookbook, by Jujikawa and Erik Burnham and Soup Loving Nicole's Basic Air Fryer Hot Dogs from the Allrecipes website. Some of the photographed dish's ingredients were being substituted based on the original uploader's own preferences and conveniences. 8 servings Prep time: 4 hours Cook time: 10 minutes Difficulty: Medium In the cookbook, it is stated that the fictional characters from the Ghostbusters films Ray Stantz and Podcast invented the dish, though in reality it was written by Jenn Jujikawa. Recommended to the Ghostbusters fans while watching the movies at homes, preferably with French fries, potato chips, nachos, popcorns, pretzels, etc. and sodas. They are also welcomed to browse more Ghostbusters-inspired recipes from the book like Camp Waconda S'mores Cookies, Spinners' Seismic Burger, Zeddemore Executive Iced Coffee, etc. Ingredients:
1. In a medium bowl, stir together mayonnaise, celery seed, salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar to make the dressing. Add it to the coleslaw mix to stir and combine. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. 2. Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) 3. Place buns in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook in the preheated air fryer until crisp, about 2 minutes. Remove buns to a plate. 4. Place sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket; cook for 3 minutes. Place them in the toasted buns. 5. To serve, top with coleslaw and the fried onions. Drizzle over the ketchup, mustard, and sour cream, then top with the jalapenos. |
