English: I am asking for a specialist description of such a switchgear in which PE N and L copper conductors coming out of the PGE Dystrybucja electricity meter in Lublin are visible. The situation concerns a country in the European Union where, despite the disclosure of numerous hacker attacks on the Internet networks of Polish offices, entities such as the State Police still do not have the basic HTTPS encoding on their websites intended for contact not only with Poles but also with tourists! https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Alians_PL,UnpublishedPolishFolkPatentsAD2019,02-01-2020.pdf
The case does not concern Polish electricians, but the administration that still uses them only on its own terms. Currently, there is not a single expert in electrical installations in Poland, or at least open access to it. In this way, such a switchgear and the three-core cabling connected to it are still treated in many parts of the country by the local administration and the inspections set up on their terms as a TN-C type electrical network. https://www.znk-lublin.pl/remonty/2019/1_wynik.pdf This allows, as part of the post-inspection recommendations, to push the need for bridging directly into the plug sockets of PE and N cables. Perhaps in the past this was done throughout the EU instead of earthing in TN-C double-core electric networks, but this phenomenon of using bridging in Poland is still at least used in the documentation kept. The stench of a pupated PRL, instead of dissipating, it seems to crystallize and begin to dominate in a completely new form? https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=2841049159543059&set=pcb.4418627451529476 The case concerns our common security in the Union and NATO? |
