ARTICHOKE, parmesan, red pepper, basil

This was what they described as a "savory ice cream sandwich" -- frozen artichoke puree with red pepper and micro-basil leaves, sandwiched in buttery parmesan crackers.

Sue Wen: Really, really good. The puree was so rich that I easily could have believed it had foie gras in it, and the whole thing left a nice peppery aftertaste in our mouths, leaving us to wonder what would be next.

Matt: Impressive mix of pleasantly familiar combination of textures, and savorily (?) different flavors.
