| Description |
English: Debenture of the All England Lawn Tennis Ground Limited for £50, issued on 10 September 1938. Since 1920, these Wimbledon Debentures have been sold to tennis fans to raise funds for capital expenditure. Each Debenture buys a pair of tickets to each Wimbledon tournament day for five years. They can be redeemed at par at the end of the fifth year. |
