Čeština: Alois Šeda (* 15. ledna 1908 Kobylnice u Brna – 5. července 1999 Kalifornie, USA) byl prvorepublikový československý důstojník, za druhé světové války příslušník československé armády v zahraničí a protikomunistický odbojář. Po skončení duhé světové války se vrátil do Československa, krátce působil v armádě, ale po uchopení moci komunisty v únoru 1948 byl již v dubnu 1948 odeslán na zvláštní dovolenou a nedlouho poté emigroval do zahraničí. Na fotografii neznámého autora je zachycen v uniformě někdy před rokem 1949.
English: Alois Šeda (* 15 January 1908 Kobylnice at Brno - 5 July 1999 California, USA) was a Czechoslovak officer. During World War II he was a member of the Czechoslovak army abroad and an anti-communist resistance fighter. After the end of the Second World War he returned to Czechoslovakia, served briefly in the army, but after the communists seized power in February 1948 he was sent on special leave in April 1948 and shortly afterwards emigrated abroad. In a photograph by an unknown author, he is shown in uniform sometime before 1949. |
