Español: Cornu romano casi completo de bronce martillado estañado. Excavado en Alphen aan den Rijn, locatie castellum, por AWN Rijnstreek en 2002-2003. Se usaba en el ejército romano para transmitir señales militares.
Nederlands: Vrijwel complete Romeinse signaalhoorn (cornu) van vertind gehamerd brons uit de Romeinse tijd. Opgegraven in Alphen aan den Rijn, locatie castellum, door de AWN Rijnstreek in de periode 2002-2003. De cornu werd gebruikt in het Romeinse leger om commando’s door te geven. |
