Description
Deutsch: Altes Haus, aus hartem Kalkstein der 8000 Jahre alten, 36m mächtigen Kalktuff-barre von Seeburg/Bad Urach erbaut. Große Kalk-Ablagerungen haben sich am Albtrauf hinter vielen Karstquellen in der jüngsten Erdgeschichte gebildet.
English: Village house, built with petrified Calcareous Tuff (porous Travertine) from the quarries within Seeburg near Bad Urach. At the Albtrauf calcite precipitated behind many karst springs to enormous deposits (8000-6000 B.C.).
