Description
Українська: Файл є електронною фотокопією c.4 положення про альтернативну наглядову раду Національного президентського оркестру (НПО), згідно з яким згадана рада підпорядковується Міністерству оборони України. Водночас наглядову раду НПО вже було створено згідно з п.10 положення про НПО, яке було затверджене Указом Президента України від 12.06.1998 № 616 (зі змінами), а її склад вже призначено Кабінетом Міністрів України. При цьому за п.1 цього положення президентський оркестр підпорядковується безпосеоедньо Міністру оборони України, а Міністр оборони України має повноваження згідно з п.6 та п.8 положення призначати і звільняти директора та художнього керівника НПО тільки за погодженням (попередньою згодою) наглядової ради НПО. При цьому як відповідальний секретар наглядової ради стверджую, що правові норми згаданого акту Президента України і відповідного положення про НПО ігноруються посадовими особами Міністерства оборони України.
