Description October 5, 2021 Ambassador Miller and USAID Bangladesh Mission Director Kathryn Stevens handed over another U.S. donation of 2.5 million doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine to Bangladesh. The Pfizer vaccines are a gift from the American people and bring the number of total U.S. vaccine donations to 11.5 million. The Pfizer vaccine donations are part of the United States commitment to donate 1 billion doses of Pfizer vaccine around the world – free of charge – through 2022.
